2024 Pay & Perks Survey Report
The Abilene Regional Growth Alliance has completed a 2024 Pay & Perks Survey Report. With the assistance of Dr. Doug McIntyre and Dr. Wade Ashby, the intent is to host a survey every two years to give Abilene businesses a greater understanding of salary analysis for the region.
This survey aims to provide a profile of responding organizations, insights into their staffing practices (including recruitment and training), details of benefits offered, and current compensation for a wide-ranging set of pre-defined positions.
