2024 Wage and Fringe Benefits Survey Report
The Abilene Regional Growth Alliance is working to complete a 2024 Wage and Fringe Benefits Survey Report. With the assistance of Hardin-Simmons University, the intent is to host a survey every two years to give Abilene businesses a greater understanding of salary analysis for the region.
The survey will seek to provide a profile of responding organizations, insights into their staffing practices (including recruitment and training), details of benefits offered, and current compensation for a wide-ranging set of pre-defined positions.
